we normally ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. We will ship using 2nd day flat rate envelope for skins, and first class for smaller cuts

The leather I received in the mail looked different than the pictures in the product description. The leather I received was darker and shiny, not the matte finish shown in the pictures. I reached out to the seller and no return or refund is available, so I'm out the $30 with a product I won't use for my project.
